A newly svelte Jennifer Hudson graces the April issue of Essence magazine and she looks amazing. Unfortunately, she has recently caught a significant amount of flack for her 80 pound weight loss thanks to Weight Watchers. I think she looks fantastic, especially since she lost the weight in the healthiest way- by making a lifestyle change, eating healthier meals and of course exercise.
I personally find her pound melting to be motivating, so much so that I am now enrolled in the weight loss program myself; has her weight loss served as motivation for you to step up your efforts?
